Meet Dani. Before she was Belly of the Beast’s Founding Ambassador and Brewster, she spent her time talking to strangers about food; as a student of Sustainable Agriculture; helper to a local chocolatier; sales associate at a natural health food store; and program assistant to an agricultural non-profit. She still talks about food, but now it’s usually over a bottle of booch.
